The Azore Islands - 2025

In September of 2025, a group of us traveled to the Azore Islands in the North Atlantic. As arranged by The Natural Adventure we flew to Pico Island from Sao Miguel, then ferried over to Faial. Each island had interesting walks through fields, forests and along the coast.

Back in Sao Miguel we rented an AirBnB along the northern coast and drove to various hiking spots around the island, and enjoyed sangria at a restaurant down on the beach.
