Here's what I do to process the Zoom audio recordings:

• Carry the data home on the SD card - usually both the 8:30AM and 11AM services

• Load the WAV data into Pro Tools on my Mac

• Adjust levels and create a 128K MP3 file of the 11AM sermon

• Upload the file named as "20150928_Sermon_BB.mp3" to Dropbox
  (YYYYMMDD_Sermon_.mp3)

• Notify Emily (emily@fcucc.com) that the file is available. She will create a link to it on the church web site.

• If someone requests a CD of the entire service I create a .wav file (with adjusted levels) and burn it to a CD.
  Then I label the CD deliver the CD to the church office.
