Smoothie
Put into blender container:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 C berries (blueberries, dark cherries, blackberries, peaches) - fresh or frozen
- 1 banana
- 1 C oat milk
- 5 ice cubes - crushed
- water to fill (Nutri-Bullet) container (2" headroom)
- 1 TBL ground flax seed
- 1 TBL psyllium seed
After mixing, pour into cup and add 2 spoonfuls of hydrated chia seeds

Hydrated Chia Seeds
- Put 1/3 C chia seeds into quart jar
- Fill 3/4 with water
- Cover and shake until seeds stay distributed
- Store in refrigerator
